Hand Sequence
Hi all,
I have just recently qualified as a Reflexologist and am wondering if anyone has a hand sequence which they regularly use and would mind sharing.
I am up to date with all the reflex points in the hand but spent most of my time training just on the feet and feel a little unsure as to the exact sequence for the hand.

Hi Akashall, have you taken a peek at Michael and Louise Keet's book on Hand Reflexology? I think there are others by Kristine Walker and Mildred Carter. You could figure out a sequence you like from looking at a few examples.
