Just to say Hi to you all been away on holiday in the USA had a great time. I managed to visit an Indian reservation and was taken by one of the tribe members to one of their sacred sites. It was fantatic there was running water mountains and some ancient paintings in a cave. I felt so honoured to have been taken to this place it felt like a place of healing and meditation. Our tribal guide said that it had been used for this aspect as well as renewal.
