had a great/strange attunment level 1
well l went on sunday for my attunment level 1 l was enjoying the day then came time for the attunment l was excited and nervious as to what to expect
l listened to the meditation when it came to the park invite and welcome your guides as they come to meet you l did and sure enough 2 people dressed in blue lond dresses came floating down ,l only got as far as there waist l lost concentration...........
but when the attunment took place l got the worst pain in the crown of my head and at the bridge of my noise then everything was hurting all my joints l went home and slept after it
was it ment to be like that the reiki master said that was healing taking place ?
has anyone else had lots of pain during attunment?
on a possitive note though
l do feel a diffrence in my hands there tingley when lm practising and there even hotter than they were before my partner says he can feel heat building
now all l need to do is practise ...practise..practise

Yes painful attunements the can and do happen the same as painful energy treatments, there is no set format to what you will receive either in an attunement or a treatment, it is the outcome of the attunement or treatment that is important.
The good news is that you will be aware of the potential of this happening with future attunements so will be ready to modulate the energy with your intention if this starts to happen again :-)

Wow! Sounds like you are on the right path - alot of energy for you to absorb!
I have heard of people getting pain, seeing rainbows, light, God etc. I wasn't so lucky - it was much more casual for me.

I'm one of those who doesn't experience anything during attunements but then, several days afterwards, becomes aware of changes in myself.
Practise makes perfect, so please keep practising.
