Nutritionists
Can anyone tell me if they know of any Nutritionists in Glasgow. I really need to change my dietry habits before I end up really ill again and need help to do so. Or if anyone has tried some other therapy that's worked for them, can you let me know[:o]

I went to see a really good nutritionist in Glasgow. She is called Caroline Robertson (I think) and runs a clinic called Surbiton in the south side. She uses a Meridian Assessment machine for her diagnostics and advises on diet and supplements. It is very expensive though, although I believe it is worth it as it really helped me for a while. However, then my food problems changed and rather than going back to Caroline (which I would have done if I hadn't been interested in tring NAET) I was pointed in the direction of a NAET practitioner - there is one of them in Bearsden in Glasgow too - Gwen Leslie - check out naeteurope.com. The NAET I think is going to fix my ME. I have made remarkable improvements after just 3 sessions and can now eat things I never thought I could eat again. I am hoping that the improvements continue as if they do it will really be something special.

Hiya,
I'm not really sure how to describe NAET, the diagnostic technique is a bit like kinesiology in that it uses muscle testing, but there's so much more to it than that. It seems to be based on quite a thorough technique. Check out naeteurope.com for more details and testimonials.
