Hiya all!
Im looking into alternative remedies for depression/anxiety/procrastination (god the list is endless!)
Has anyone got any success stories with Bach flower remedies that they could share??
I know about them and stuff but Ive never heared anyone say that 'I had so and so and I took this and it transformed my life!!!' (maybe im getting a bit too excited but u know what I mean!)

i'm a big believer and user of Bach flower remedies:) havent been using them lately but each time i had they have worked amasingly...they arent available in slovenija, unfortunately[:o]...yet...it they would be i'd be probably working with them
u probably know the rescue remedy - fantastic when going through any difficult challenge in life,it releaves u and enables u to cope, feeling centered and in peace in spite what is happening within or around u
i was taking the walnut remedy 2 years ago...helping me in making some crucifial decisions in mylife...hm, maybe i should take it again[sm=rollaugh.gif]
so i would definitely reccomend Bach remedies for anyone,especially for depression,anxiety...havent got these problems myself but had seen bach helping greatly to my friends with these problems:)

Sorry to be so niaeve but i am fairly new to this. Can you explain what Bach flower remedy exactly is please.? Sounds interesting. By the way i used to suffer with anxiety and panic attacks and i found Reiki. Lovely lady on this site (Reikiangel) treated me and i have not looked back since , in fact i have gone on and have now completed Reiki II. My whole world has changed for the better.

Bach Flower remedies capture the healing essences of the flowers and trees with which they are made . It is not clear exactly how they work . Most theories are based on an energetic or vibrational level.
I have had some fantastic results with the remedies - I am currently in the final stages of my practitioner training and have had to complete case studies for these.
The therapy itself is a talking therapy , but is not counselling. we treat only what is presented by the client on that day . We are not looking for deep underlying causes and in traditional Bach training remedies are never selected by any other method (ie dowsing )
One client was having panic attacks regarding exams and we were able to mix her 5 remedies ( a different selection to rescue remedy) to address this and she is now able to take her exams without fear ( she has just got an A in her first lot of A level results becuase she was so calm and focussed) - she got an E last year when she panicedin the exam room
another client was having relationship and weight problems - she has now split up with her troublesome boyfriend and lost 20 pounds in weight.

My homeopath once gave me a bottle of Australian Bush Flower emergency essence. There are various kinds but you can get some from Helios Pharmacy, and all the people who answer the phone there really know what they are talking about.
The essence worked very fast for me and pulled me out of horrible moods into my usual blissful self on occasions when I needed a leg-up.
I've now discovered that what I really need is a regular and deliberate practice or psychic cleansing and protection, but in the meantime this worked well for me.
Rosi is preparing me some flower remedies right now so I'll let you know how that goes :)

but i manage to get bach remedies in austria,in fact i'm right now considering to take gentian and larch ...
hopefully things will change here in slovenija from may when becoming a full member of european union...bringing also bach remedies here!!
