No Hands Massage Courses in Essex
Hi everyone :)
Im interested in doing a "no hands massage course" Ive done VTCT Swedish Massage, after ive worked on a back and done a few massages my thumbs especiallly are sore. So i thought incorporating some no hands techniques would be good.
What do people thinkof these courses? Can anyone recommend a course in the Essex area,
Thanks for all your help,

Essence99 Hiya,
The majority of the massages I give are without using my hands. It is a worthwhile additional skil to have and will definately save your hands.
I did a No Hands massage course a few years ago with the No Hands Massage. www.nohandsmassage.com
The alternative is with injury prevention who teach the same techniques but with different names for the movements. They alos have a DVD or video that you can buy. If you check the website and they have a few places in Essex that have courses.

yogajoga I highly recommend the courses - invaluable approach and techiques. You learn a lot more than massage techniques - you learn a lot about yourself too.
