Can indian hea massage be done on someone who has had a stroke? would they need Gp permission?
and would they enefit fom a I.H.M?

Yes, I think they would benefit from IHM especially with energy/chakra balancing, but at the same time I would ask permission with their GP, especially if the stroke is recent.
