When it comes to making foods healthier, cinnamon spice may be twice as nice.
Early research suggests that cinnamon may help improve both glucose and cholesterol levels in the blood, a finding that may prove especially important for diabetics. In a study, type 2 diabetics who consumed as little as a gram of cinnamon per day experienced an improvement in their blood glucose levels after 40 days.

Thanks for the tip.
Have just done the test, it is brill!!. Unfortunately my real age is 6 years over what i am at the mo, but im going to reduce that now!!. It is an eye opener too, im not as bad as i thought i was with ceartin things!!

Oh dear, my real age is a year older than I really am also, mostly it seems due to lack of exercise. Shame on me.
