I am recently pregnant, after a previous miscarriage.
I am going to scroll through, but if anyone has any advice on fear and how tocommunicate with my baby, I would really appreciate it x

Hypnosis works great - find your nearest Hypnobirthing hypnotist. Get your partner to learn it then the hypnotist can anchor you to their voice and it will make a great and wonderful experience for you. Personally I wouldn't suggest tapping as it will be more intrusive than helpful in my opinion. Good luck and have a wonderful experience and life.
