QUESTION about ATTUNEMENTS
Hello everyone
From reading various articles etc, I have become more confused about what I thought I knew!!
If someone is Reiki attuned, can they then become attuned for spiritual healing?
Are the two one of the same, but just using different means to achieve the same result, or are they both very different?

As far as I am aware you do not need an attunement for spiritual healing. It's more a technique.

Attunement for Reiki is part of the system as taught. I like to think of it as a shortcut... enabling a direct link to Source without the years of studying etc which was previously required to get to that stage.
Spiritual healing is not an attunement process and you can begin to work with spiritual healing at any time in your healing development if you have the ability to channell it, imho. For myself, I had a healing ability, was attuned to reiki and then found my spirithealers guiding me into spiritual healing aspects. So... reiki opened the door and gave me a foundation to work from. Problem is, spiritual healers tend to regard people like me as neither fish nor fowl, but that's their limitation, not mine... ;)

you know you can ask yourself to be open to receiving the ability to heal with divinity. all you have to do is hold the intention of healing and it is so. try it out. put your hands on someone and imagine filling them with golden or white light. see how it affects them, how it affects you. experiment.

I have for the last few weeks been drawn to cards and angels in particular. Problem is I don't really have a clue about where to start and feel a bit nervous.....

Perhaps get yourself a set of Doreen Virtue Oracle Cards and start there? I'm at a similar point and have found getting some oracle cards have really helped me..in fact I got quite a few different ones on ebay and even the fact certain sets wanted different 'things' helped me tune in to them, one wanted a clear quartz crystal in with them, some wanted some juniper berry oil??? Very bizarre!!!
Then you can ask your angels what they want you to know that day... I found it really helpful way of acknowledging them yet still having something tangible to focus on helps me in the meantime!
