EFT CD's

I have just received the EFT CD's from Gary Craig and I can't wait to get started!! After experiencing EFT by telelphone with Jonathan Haigh (thank you Jonathan!!!!) I have been very enthusiastic about learning more. Is anyone else using these CD's at the moment? How are you getting on?? Please share any success stories or info!

EFT is very very good. I have learned a little about it for anxiety and it works in minutes. I wouldnt mind a chat with Jonathan..are you there Jonathan!
Joking apart it really is an interesting look at how we can use the meridian points in the body to heal. Godbless the person who founded this magical therapy. I hear it works wonders for emotional stuff and mind therapy stuff and is worth a try whatever the reason.

Hi Sarah
Thanks for the kind words!
I'm always happy to answer anyone's questions. Just send me an email and I'll reply with my phone number.
Although I'm an NLP master practitioner, I'm finding more and more that my first choice for helping people is EFT. That said, the skills I already had from NLP are a great help in making EFT work well.
Gary Craig's website is at www.emofree.com for anyone interested in finding out more. There is a huge amount of information there, lots of tips, case studies and other material. He also does an excellent newsletter and the course on CD is only $60 so go for it!

Hi .. I did a one day workshop/pamper day thingy ... I am a comp therapist but rarely on the receiving end of any pampering so this was my treat .. we did Indian head massage, Reiki, guided meditation and EFT .. while I was already familiar with (and practising) IHM, Reiki and guided meds, EFT was new to me and I was completely hooked .. we did a general "stress and relax" tapping as a group but it was enough to convince me to learn more. I have visited Gary Craig's website and downloaded the EFT manual which is great reading.... but I have not yet taken the plunge and ordered the cd's .. I have been toying with the idea of doing the practitioner course but I have enough on for the moment!! It is good to hear from someone who has the cd's and I would love to know how you get on with them... is it possible to learn how to use EFT just from the manual and cd's?? and can you effectively work on your own "issues" this way?

Hi Heather,
Yes, you can learn EFT from the manual and CDs. To make it even better it's helpful to have good sensory acuity, i.e. being able to notice when people change state, and good rapport skills. Most comp. therapists should be able to do very well. That said, I'm sure a good practitioner course would add quite a bit of value, as you'll get feedback on how you're doing.
Can you do it on yourself? Yes! Gary Craig offers it as suitable for self help and it certainly works. My only caution is that anyone with a serious psychological problem, e.g. schizophrenia / MPD / paranoia etc. should really only work with someone experienced in their kind of problem (see this Gary Craig article for more information: http://www.emofree.com/faq/arethere.htm )
Have fun with it, it's great!

Hi Jonathan ... thank you for that info .. At the moment I would just be interested in self-help EFT and having read Gary Craig's manual and also some of his excellent articles that I receive from signing up to his mailling list .. I will certainly think about getting the cd's in the near future. If I was going to use EFT with my clients I would have to (for my own peace of mind and for insurance purposes) do the practioner training course. Love Heather x
