BEST body screening systems

BiotechHealth BEST system.
Has anybody had this done. I cant grasp how it works.
Apparently you hold a metal terminal and it can determine your physiological deficiencies and organ problems, and tests for allergies and intolerances, toxicity etc.
Perhaps some of our science bods might be able to clarify it a bit.
If it works, it sounds like a marvellous machine!

You could try the manufacturers website for more info - http://www.biotechhealth.com/
I believe the machine costs somewhere in the region of £20k worth of marvellous. A freind of ours uses one, so may be able to give some more objective answers. I'm trying to get her to join HP Forums, but website is here - http://www.naturalpractices.co.uk/
I certainly think it's fascinating stuff. There are also other simillar devices i.e. MORA & Avatar, but they do vary a bit in function, so it depends on what's in your area.
This guy uses the MORA machine - http://www.allergytestuk.net/

Hiya
I have had an allergy testing using this machine at the MBS fair in Kempton Park earlier this year and it seemed pretty spot on to me...
they find an acupressure point in the side of a finger....then take the reading from it, the metal probe is held at this point and a signal is sent through the probe that mimics the effect on the body of whatever substance is being tested....if it falls within your resting level its ok if not its not...or something similar to that!!!

Hi Jan, yes I have done it with the MORA machine and so has one of my boys.
You hold the metal in your hand and the therapist places a probe on your thumb. This is all connected up to his machine that holds the vials of 'allergens'.
They take a little while to get your signal and if that signal differs during the testing of an allergen then it signifies an allergic response or sensitivity.
The guy we use at the Centre is very popular and a lot of people are delighted with the tests that he does.;)

Hi Jan,
I'm pretty sure I have had this done. I'm not sure it was called BEST, but it might have been. Anyway, it seemed pretty accurate to me, identified some really peculiar things that couldn't possibly have been just a good guess eg "oh I see you were bitten by a spider a few years ago when you were abroad". I did get better for about 6 months after going for it, but I was spending about £150 per month on the vitamins she recommended (which I didn't need to buy from her, you could buy them anywhere, so it wasn't like she was just doing it for the commission on the products, it did seem to be absolutely genuine). But it doesn't actually cure your problems, just identifies what they are. So it identified a lot of food problems with me and we thought avoiding them would make them better. This would probably work for most people but not for me, and I just got more and more things I was sensitive to. And that's when I discovered NAET (please see other posts).

Sounds as though it might work then.
Candie is there an NAET practitioner in East London. I've looked on the links but there seems to be only yourself in the Wiral or someone in Aberdeen.

Jan.
The guy in Aberdeen was on the Wirral and Andrew (anahata) went to him which was how it all started with us training.
I do know somebody in London. Not East, but maybe within your reach. He is lovely and is working a lot with kids and having great results. His name is Dominic. I can dig out his details. Will get back to you. You might have to travel a bit not many of us doing it.
