Blindness through high blood pressure
My 93 year old mother has been blinded due to pressure behind her eye. She still has the use of her left eye, but this has a slow growing cataract in it.
I have had her on homeopathy (euphrasia and others) and I think this is helping.
Recently for some idiotic reason, my sister decided to make an appointment with hospital consultant and it was found that pressure behind mum's eye was very high again. She was given Xalatan, and developed severe pain in the eye at night.
Back to hospital and a steroidal drop were prescribed and something else, they are Maxidex and Atropine.
Poor mom is totally filled up with eyedrops during the day.
I recently went to get her for a visit with me by the seaside and found her in a pathetic state with a tissue stuffed behind her glasses.
I can tell you that I felt physically sick to see her that way and am harbouring great resentment towards my sister. Poor mom is being treated very badly and I know is suffering stress. Sister has ordered her to leave the house she lives in and actually paid for half the house when they bought it. This eviction is to be by June, mom's 93rd birthday.
My question is, beside the homeopathy will elevating her head at night help the fluid drain and will Dandelion help reduce the fluid further.
I have started her on 5ml three times a day (recommended dose was 10ml). I am a little cautious.
Will you let me know if there is something else I can be doing to help her situation?
I look forward to hearing.

Thank you TigerBee...............every little helps. Very kind of you indeed, I was hoping that some healing thoughts came her way.
By the way I am not new to HP...........but I have not been on because of various reasons, mainly computer linked.
Thanks again, I will keep you informed.
