Blood Test Problem

Hi mates. Can anyone help me with this technical question? If not can you direct me to a site or forum that will!
Q.
What circumstances would a surgeon not perform an operation, after testing your blood?
I have had private tests for my own satisfaction in advance of the surgeon’s own tests.
Only tests I have not done are listed below. How important are these in preventing the undertaking of an operation.
[/b]
. [/b]Coagulation profile:
Prothombin time, thrombin time, A.P.P.T
.Uric acid(serum)

Uric Acid, I thought any major problems occurring will most likely found in older people (I am in mid 20s) thus not as important to undertake in comparison to older men. However, [/b]Coagulation profile: (Prothombin time, thrombin time, A.P.P.T) how important is it to do this test as compared to the above already undertaken? Also what is the importance/relevance of the coagulation profile results in deciding the progress of an operation? I am concerned the anesthetist will find fault before the operation.
THESES test have already been done.
