Mind good - body falling apart?

:)Hello,
Im a thirty eight single parent, and for the first time in years, I feel I am on the right path....however my body doesn't seem to be coping to well.
I've suffered from a serious eye infection which means I can no longer wear contact lenses(every know again it flares up and ive been on steroids for months....then there's my foot/feet cant walk more than five mins without serious pain and aching...and finally my belly ring that ive had for six years had started to go or bad on me [:'(].
I've been told its all due to me changing...but I cant help thinking im falling apart.
would love to hear from anyone who could put my mind at rest and tell me that its just a blip im going through?Love and sunshine

Hi Rachel, I'm in similar circumstances and have noticed a lot of changes with regards to my body. I also have had to remove a piercing which I absoutely loved but it became uncomfortable and I was compelled to remove it for some strange reason...

Hi Rachel, Hi Crystal wings ,
When we consciously choose to change, our bodies maytake some time (sometimes short sometimes long) to come back into flow with us. Reason being our our body energy "frequency" is denser then our thinking energy "frequency". That may be why things feel more painful.
Changing direction and moving into the "unknown" can make us feel afraid and so we bring up pains to challenge our choices just to check we are sure about where we are going. Don't forget your bodies are probably more used to following the old way of living and so moving our of yor comfort zone can be painful on many levels.
The piercing thing happened to me also and I was "shown" that the piercing was interfering with an energy meridian and so I needed to remove the piercing allowing my energy to continue flowing unobstructed.
I hope this helps you both. Do remember though that your body is giving you signals to take better care of yourself and be nurturing as you take these steps to bring change into your life so please be gently.
Sending your blessings,
Rashmi
