Cosmetic Surgery in Tunisia

Firstly I briefly going to tell you guys why I believe Ineed Rhinoplasty. I broke my nose at sixteen after a vicious incident but NHS convinced me I did not need it. Years later the NHS did operate but due to verypoor results such as nose be unsymmetrical and having a deviated septum I determined to have a nose job.
Because I am young male in20s I cannot afford to pay British prices.I did some research. I found a place in Tunisiacalled CosmeticaTravel()that is well within mybudget. My question is has any else heard much about this place? Apparently only 30Brits have been to this place according to Sky News () It mainly caters for French tourists.
I want your guys adviceon this subject. Such as anyissues Ineed to think about. Is this place in your opinion respectable? Any potential hazards on a tripoutside the EU?
Lastly,how complicated is a nose jobfora qualified surgeon?in comparison toothercosmeticprocedures.Iknow there are a variety of factors that shape thesuccessof an operation.
Iwill be thankful if you can answer any of my questions or have any other observations please help.

Personal opinion i would not risk it, the standards and guidelines are no where near as high and what happens if something did go wrong, is that really where you would want to be if you was in a seriously ill way? Claiming any compensation would also be an extremely difficult task.

Yea I thought about the risks, certainly I needseperate medical cover but when you feel desperately to sort this thing out then I seem to be willing to take the risk. I wish did not have too but the NHS have givenme verypoor treatment.I told them about deviated septum due to theiroperation all they did was to stick a needle (steriod)in the problem area and said that will do.
