Achilles tendon pain -any ideas ?
I am on my feet for 14hours a day with my job at the momentand on my feet a lot and suffer with achilles tendon pain quite badly now - wondering if anyone has any cures or ways to ease the pain. I've tried advice from physiotherapists of strengthing excercises - standing on a block and raising heel up and then down but ithasn't worked - wondering if anyone else has any ideas.

I recommended Tachyon insoles and balms to a car mechanic recently. He had a similar problem and is on his feet over 10 hours a day. Since using them, he barely notices his pain and found he can cope with the day far more easily.
