You could try doing a cleanse on him,and Ask for the weight of the time difference to be removed and bring refreshment to him NOW! then say;Thank you. ;)lyn

Hi Zoe
Best thing that works for me is Arnica - get him to take the little
tablets you can get in the chemist etc..
Personally we take them all the way home on a flight - so too late for
that!
Hope it helps

Muhunney, instead of asking him, why not ask his higher self to accept the healing and put it to the best possible use. ;)lyn

Melatonin tablets are said to be helpful for jetlag, though in the UK are only available on prescription, I understand.

Reflexology - work on the central nervous system and endocrine (especially pineal gland). He may need a few treatments, but it should help.

The best thing for jetlag is to stay awake until bedtime here and just get your body clock back in synch; it only lasts a couple of days and your back to normal. Flying west to east is normal worst.
I usually immediately set my watch to my destination time when I get onto a plane; trying to do it timezone by timezone is a nightmare scenario!
