woke up just now, think I breathed in a fly...help

hiya
I was asleep just now and woke up to the inhalation of of swallowing what I think was a fly...as I had noticed it in my room before I went to bed...got a violety taste in my mouth and throat and a sense of something stuck...
this was not a dream...I tried to bring up whatever it was I had swallowed but it was stuck in my throat...after a cup of water I threw up lots of flem....and the feeling of it has gone but am I in danger as flies are full of germs...or will my stomach acid kill the fly and the germs...I know this will sound funny to some but to me having gone through it I can tell you it aint and now I worry about the affect of it all...I tried to search on the net but all I get is the kids rhyme there was an old woman...
is my health in danger now with this...should I go to the doctor or am I overreacting is it okay now it has gone into stomach...

Good morning Starz,
That must have been a fright for you. I thinkthat, if stomach acids are strong enough to digest the rubbish which the average person puts down their throat, they will have disolved the fly and its germs by now. I will ask for some healing to be sent your way, just to reasure you.
with love and light,
Sue

hiya
it is the first time I am consciously aware this happened...it could have happened many times over the years with me in a deep sleep...they say we intake spiders and stuff when in sleep...but I know its not often
my main concern was the germ aspect....my stomach reacted after me drinking a bit of water by me vomiting but I realise it was not flem more like saliva maybe stomach acid...and it had striations in like fine lines of white or grey maybe the fly...
I just wondered if it was dangerous...after searching the net and only coming with the old woman who swallowed a fly, and she died...obviously thats a rhyme not real..but I then see something about eggs being laid in the stomach that happened to someone though that may be a different thing...it sounds awful...
anyway thanks for your reassurance....I noticed the fly flew in last night when I put bin out...and when I came back it was in my bedroom...it was a normal everyday uk fly nothing like say them weird ones from australia...but as I say it is the germ aspect...what do you think...is the immune system strong enough to fight this type of thing that carries many germs...
thanks
