Snoring?
Hi, does anyone have any problems with snoring. I've tried sprays and strips but nothing seems to work. I might try out a silent knight acuppressure ring i've heard of - sounds a bit mad but there's a 30 day guarantee so i guess i may aswell give it a go! Does anyone have any experiences they could share, or any advice? Thanks alot.

Hi, OH I WISH something would work, I am a snorer and my man is a light sleeper, so safe to say he has not had one good nights sleep for last 7 years.
I have tried sprays (nose and throat) boots aromaterapy sparay had some effect but it did not stop me snoring, just reduced it a little. My main problem is that I can not breathe through my nose alone, my nasal passages are just too narrow and I always have to breath through my mouth and then of course I snore.
I had a look at that ring, I wonder if it would help, it will not make my nasal passages any bigger so I canät see it working for me, but if you do buy one, do tell if it works!!!!
