My mother has a fluin in her ear with itch. Does anyone know what it means?

a fluin??? is that a typo, as i've not heard of it... do you mean fluid?
As for the itch, it could be ear eczema which is very itchy and as you itch it you push bacteria into the ear canal and then of course you can cause inflammation or infection.
As a Hopi Ear Therapist I would take a look at your mums ears with an otoscope and then either refer to a doctor or do a Hopi treatment. Hopi can help with Ear eczema, relieving the itchiness, helping remove dead skin cells, though a course of treatments would be required.
If it is fluid that you meant, then Hopi can help with 'swimmers ear' - excess water in the ear canal and can help maintain and regulate ear balance.
If there is only very slight inflammation then i personally would do a hopi treatment, if the inflammation was very apparent i would refer to the Doctor first to treat the inflammation and then do a course of Hopi Treatment.
Hope this helps you - but the response given is assuming fluid is meant.
