Humidity and the Bones
Does anyone know why when a person raised in moderate climates such as the NE U.S. goes to a dry place like Arizona the bones feel younger and better?

I am very sensitive to termperature changes and when it's cold and wet I can feel the coldness in my bones, yet when the weather is hoter, I don't feel it as much.
My family come from the North of Spain and the weather there isn't particularly good for bone conditions, boy can you feel the dampness in those bones.

"damp" and "cold" are causes of disease for TCM... I don; tthink it has os much to do with where you grow up, but with how much your basic constitution can cope with it. Too much heat is not good either!
