I try and stay away from platic bottles and will always opt for the glass varieties if given a choice.
The last line of the document says: Or you could avoid plastic altogether and switch to glass or lightweight stainless steel containers.
I personally would not use steel, as particles of steel will also be present in the liquid you put inside the steel bottle or container.
