preserving youthfullness
ANY SUGGESTIONS OF MAINTAINING YOUTH "NATURELLE -Y"
Mine are Exercise - smiling - humour - wholesome diet - authentic aromatic oil blends............................
ANY INSPIRING IDEAS

Yes, I think failing eyesight helps, because then you can't really see what's happening, and so can still remain young in your own eyes as well as your mind's eye. So if you've got wrinkles and saddlebags and 20:20 vision - borrow someone elses vaseline smeared glasses everytime you look in the mirror.
On a more serious note I've just discovered Neal's Yard's White Tea eye Gel - which have improved my eyes (as far as I can see them).
Exercise is a must.
Friends and having a good laugh is another.
And HP is a great resource for keeping young and healthy.

Darren, you're a mere stripling youth - what do you know about it? (Or have you been drinking lots of water?)
Answers:
Staying out of the sun.
A good facial routine, cleanse, tone and moisturise.
Thinking positive thoughts and affirmations "I am radiant and youthfull"
Not worrying about things.
