hi all i was wondering if u could help me
my mum has just found out that she has high cholestral but she is already under weight and she doesn't know wat to eat for the best
please help [:o]

I've Posted on the cholesterol issue several times before - there's a link to those Threads below.
I would get hold a book called Fats that heal fats that kill by Udo Erasmus.
In short I would be more concerned about being under weight (depending how much and has it happened in a short space of time), than cholesterol levels.
