All of the above, plus some very good friends, healthy food, 2 litres of water each and every day, and loads of sleep with a man I love.

Try to have a contented life.
Not always easy I know. I personally believe stress is a major source of illness. Remember money isn't everything and time to relax is worth far more than material items. Try to change what you are not happy with but if change is impossible look for advantages in the situation and accept it.
On a more practical level I take cod liver oil, vitamin E, a multivitamin and a dessertspoon full of honey every day.

Thanks for the replies. I currently do take a multi-vit & Cod Liver Oil 410mg but not the honey. What are the benefits from honey exactly! I still don't feel complete, i also eat healthy & exersize 5-6 times a week, drink plenty of water!
Any suggestions. P.s. I don't smoke...
Thanks in advance!

Hi Stethomas
About 5 years ago I started to feel sort of achey when I got up each morning (I am in my mid fifties by the way). This achey sort of feeling would go gradually as I started to walk about.
I always eat porridge for breakfast and this day I decided to put honey on it instead of the usual sugar. Within about 4 days of adding the honey this achey feeling had complete gone and I can only put this miraculous cure down to eating the honey as nothing else had changed. I have eaten ever since and the stiffness and aches have never returned.

If you use Active Manuka Honey, there are all kinds of benefits for the immune system.

Hi Aromababe
I haven't tried Manuka honey as it is very expensive and the regular stuff works anyway.
However what do you know of other benefits associated with Manuka?
Answers:
One benefit is that it is wonderful for Candida! Also for a fungal infection in the mouth.
It sorts out all kinds of invasive and unwanted bacteria.
It is expensive, yes, but a little goes a long way.
