How to become a mesomorph??
Is there a way to change the way your body reacts to diet and training.. and be more like a mesomorph rather than an endomorph?? I gain fat way too easily.. i get fatter after one cheat meal.. i feel terrible and bloated for 2 days atleast after a cheat meal..

Lift heavy, eat clean: it's not impossible
I also wondered about the thyroid... is it possible to boost your metabolism somehow? Maybe by wearing fewer clothes in a cold climate??
eat smaller meals throughout the day to help speed up metabolism and keep ur nitrogen balance in cycle! it works.. and has helped me get good gains.. i think it keeps ur body in check really keeping ur body constantly fueling food and just satisfying the body instead of overeating at certain meals such as breakfast,lunch, and dinner

Same way here. I don't eat much at all, by my caloric standards some people would harp on me about "starvation mode," but it is the ONLY thing (low calorie) that works for me - this has been the case throughout my entire life (bring my calories up - gain fat, lower my calories - lose fat). Fortunately, I'm able to retain and build muscle without too much difficulty (I guess that makes me meso-endo or something of the sort?). For you, definately focus on your nutrient timing. I LOVE fruit, but if I overdo it, the sugars add up and cause me to gain quite easily. I can usually handle a little fruit and oats pre or post workout w/ mainly lean muscle gains. You'll have to be extra careful and just pay attention to the foods that cause you to gain bodyfat, or help you lose it. (gluten-intolerances, food allergies, blood sugar reactions to foods higher in complex carbs sugars, etc.) We just have to watch our diet and keep it clean as possible :)

U r stuck w/ ur body type, also called somatotype. It is basically a property of the size & relative proportions of the bones making up ur skeletal structure & u can't do anything about that.
However, w/ proper diet & exercise, u can shed body fat & add muscle so u look just as ripped as any natural mesomorph.
I worded it a bit obscurely.. I know you can't change your bodytype persay.. but I meant it in terms of a putting it all together.. so your body begins reacting to different training and nutrition protocols differently.

who says i'll never be able to get rid of my fat cells??? adipose tissue is stored in fat cells within the body. when you gain fat (eat more calories than you burn each day, excess carbs, whatever..) the body stores adipose tissue within these fat cells. If the number of "empty" fats cells becomes too low your body will produce more to store more adipose. Once your body produces fat cells, they can never be destroyed unless you surgically remove them. When you lose weight (fat), you are merely emptying the fat cells, which is why it is so easy for previously large people (alot of meso's and endo's) to gain it all back. They still have all the fat cells from before.
