How much cardio is too much, right now I'm concerned with getting gassed out during the match. I've been at school becoming out of shape and now that I have a match coming up I'm trying to train up but don't want to overtrain, I was thinking 2 cardio sessions a day maybe one intense and another with hr % under 80.
What do you all think?
no amount of cardio is too much unless ur training to mantain/gain weight which you probably aren't.
At 98, you should really consider giving up your MMA career.
no amount of cardio is too much unless ur training to mantain/gain weight which you probably aren't. But what is the point of too much cardio and overtraining?
At 98, you should really consider giving up your MMA career. Must be the prunes, keeps me regular.
But what is the point of too much cardio and overtraining? The point at which you begin to notice that recovery takes longer.
The point at which you begin to notice that recovery takes longer. good one I forgot to take my baseline resting heart rate +10? overtrain? or is it +5 avg? reps though
out of shape three weeks out? Praying might be a good idea to. That said Do around the horn rounds for 5 rounds and run hills dont mess with the longer cardio at this point. the last 3 days can be easier longer bouts and refresh those skills also
