Do you just pour a tablespoon (or however much) and drink it, or do you mix it with something?

I seriously hope no one abuses something as nuanced and delicately flavored as olive oil by taking it in shots. But I know they do...

Use it as a Salad Dressing on a cut- trust me it doesnt taste the greatest but it works wonders for a dressing. Use it took cook chicken with or brown rice. There are several uses!

There's supposedly a type of olive oil out there, not sure if it's regular or the extra virgin stuff, that you can take by the spoon by itself. It's supposed to give you one hell of a calming effect on the body.... kinda like taking a handful of B complex's I am told.
Mix it with your shake.
I mix it with herbs and spices to make a salad dressing

get tuna in olive oil, tastes good.
make a nice big grilled chicken salad with greens, chicken, mixed veggies (broc, califlour, carrots) add tom , green peper, onion if you want.. and sprinkle it over top of it and mix it up and enjoy
i take my greek olive oil with a spoon, shakes, dressing . i always make sure you have a glass or water hand when i take it with a spoon because i start choking from the burning sensation in my throat.
Mix it with your shake. that's disgusting!
1 tablespoon straight up from a spoon.
Mix a 2 tablespoons of evoo with a tablespoon or so of a grain mustard and you have a badass salad dressing. For the love of god, it has to be quality evoo though!!
