Ideas on how to get leaner while maintaining size?
ive been slow bulking for a while, summers comming up in 3-4 months and i wanna maintain most of my size, what could i do to drop my %bf?, i heard carb cycling is a good idea.. or i might cut all sugars out of my diet, milks etc.. im not sure yet :|
Keep protein high, eat clean, and Scivation Xtend or another good BCAA product.

i just get my carbs in early in the day and around workout time. i do cardio six 5-6 days a week and i lift heavy doing compound movement. works for me.
i eat clean/healthy im pretty sure if i cut out my carbs apart from breakfast and workout i will lose a good 5lbs
bump, any suggestions?.. if i did some low intensity cardio, about 10-15 min speedwalking before a workout will that help?.. or will it interfere with size gains
bump, any suggestions?.. if i did some low intensity cardio, about 10-15 min speedwalking before a workout will that help?.. or will it interfere with size gains some stretching and joging before a wrokout is always a good idea as long as its in moderation,especially during leg day,and static stretches are a big no,no as it inhibits your muscles from full contractions for 15 mins or so.moderation is the key as after a workout running will just be overkill for your muscles when their trying to repair after dammage.

Don't cut out the sugars from fruit or dairy. Lactose and fructose behave differently than sugars like dextrose, sucrose, etc. They are low GI, slow releasing. Not to mention fruits are very nutrient dense.
