Hey guys I've been eating 6-8 meals a day for the past couple of weeks and have been making some pretty good gains. Today I will be spending the day at a friends house and I will only beable to eat maybe around 3-4 for the day. Will this effect me? If so in what way?
Just make sure you consume your total daily needs as normal, but spread out across those 3-4 meals. You might feel hungry or even a little low on energy even though you are getting the same macros because you are used to eating more frequently.
yup i would do the same just make your meals your eating for the day larger...
