Teach me the errors of my ways
Ok, so I've always thought I've at fairly healthy, but there is always room for improvement. What I don't understand is why limit sodium, what's the deal with hydrogenated oils?, etc. I will post my old diet, it was pretty much the same during a cut and bulk just during a cut I leave out a few things.
7:00AM - 6 whole scrambled eggs with cheese (I hate eggs by themselves I need something to flavor them so ideas on this please) Bowl of cream of wheat
9:00AM - Tuna Sandwich, Banana - with my Tuna sandwich I eat albacore tuna, and wheat bread...with the wheat bread it does have high fructose corn syrup as I can't afford to pay 3.50 a loaf for bread that doesn't have hfcs - any brands that don't contain hfcs for under 2.00?
11:00AM - Turkey/Chicken Sandwich with Provolone cheese - I get the Turkey from the deli cut for me, and chicken I get from Hillshire farm packets. Recommendations?
1:00PM - Turkey/Chicken Sandwich/banana
3:00PM - Turkey/Chicken Sandwich/banana
5:00PM - Postworkout shake
6:00PM - Chicken breast and brown rice - I just get frozen chicken from the deli
8:00PM - Turkey Chicken Sandwich
10:00PM - Protein shake with milk
