Which workout is better for fat loss???
Doing a type of circuit workout 5 days a week or separating your training into a muscle group or 2 per day??? Just curious...

Answer:

circuit training is more a cardio thing... for fat loss only itd go fairly well, though i think hiit/cardio is a better ideal, leave the weights to build up strength and muscle mass.. this burns bulk calories too.
