is there still some time for improvement at 4 wks out?
is there still some time for improvement at 4 wks out?
i know you cant *spot train*..but lets say your 4 wks out and you have that one weak point...are you pretty much at a over all maintenance phase from 4 wks from comp..or is there still some time to really step it up and get that last little bit of an edge in?
Sounds cheesy but if you believe it you can achieve it.. Even if it is physiologically not likely to happen that doesn't mean you should give up.. Even if there is a 1% chance you can do it, its worth going for :D
i think its hard bc you are in a calorie def to build any kind of mass or bring something up. if you are hoping to make something pop more than i would say bringing your body fat down low enough would do that for you. its always worth a try so if you feel like something is lagging go hard core kick ass and try what ever tactic you think may work
4 weeks you will still see lots of changes. Hang in there. :)

You can always improve! And i actually think spot training does work to a certain degree but it's probably mental since you concentrate on the weak body part and train it harder. Just like concentration curls isolate the biceps and give you that nice peak that you wont get with heavy barbell curls
