I am not sure food is going to stimulate enough testosterone or growth homone to be noteworthy. Though, changing your workout routine may have a big impact.

Take zinc, because it is a natural 5 alpha reductase inhibitor. This will slow down the process of using T for DihydroT.

Yes to all of this, sort of. Yes, cholesterol is the main building block of all hormones, but just eating it straight is not enough. There is a lot more to it than that.
Each of those foods is necessary for good health.
I wonder what the T levels were 3000 years ago, and if it trailed off at the same age it does for us.

The food that were mentioned in this article were broccoli, cabbage, and garlic.
