Please check my diet
I use fitday, it is linked to my bodyspace as my website.
I am trying to get to 2500 cals, 225 grams carbs and protein, and only 45 grams fat.
As you can see, on 8/16, I am under on cals and maxed out on fat already. What changes do you recommend?
I know the chocolate cake a couple days ago was a no-no. But it was an event, and events are why we train and diet.

I fixed it. Why didn't someone tell me my website url was corrupted? It used to work.
Anyway, I can't figure out how to cut fat and carbs and get more protein. There must be a bad food or two in there, but I am not seeing which ones to chuck out.
