Misc, a question abt sleep and bbing(serious)
Its not a wall of text, just looks big, pleeeeeeease read
Alright, so yesterday I had like the best back/bicep workout yesterday and I also ate the best I have ever ate yesterday(usually I cant get enough protein, have to eat what my mom cooks and whats in the fridge). But then crap happened. I have a really screwed up sleeping pattern so I sleep at like 6 and wake up at around 2 pm. Anyways, I went to bed at 6 at 10 mins later im being dragged out of bed forced to go to the beach. Strong wtf at giong to the beach at 6 am, my family is weird like that:P Anyways, I just got back and its 11:45. I have been awake for around 22 hrs now. My question is, should I go to sleep now and screw up my sleeping patterns even more or should I just wait until 8 PM. That will also be good since school starts in around a week and I gotta fix my sleeping patterns. But, I had such a good workout and eating yesterday I just want to make sure that if I dont go to sleep for around 9 more hrs, that all my work yesterday wont be in vain. So basically, my question is, if i go to sleep now, will my workout still 'count' and if i go to sleep in 9 more hrs will it also still "count". Also, if i stay awake today for 9 more hrs i wont be hitting the gym since i dont think ill be able to put up any weights.
Go to sleep. You can fix your patterns in the seven days you have off.
what? im sure it will be fine, just get as much sleep as possible.
what? im sure it will be fine, just get as much sleep as possible. What will be fine, me not sleeping for another 9 hrs? My only concern is that I just dont want my workout yesterday to go to waste, I worked my ass off the most I have in a long time and I also ate like the best I have in a long time. So are you sure that if I stay awake for 30 hrs and then go to sleep then my workout in those 30 hrs wasnt a waste?
your workout isn't going to go to waste, your recovery's just going to be slower
ive had similar problems like that when i travel or whatever. i say go to sleep and fix that shit soon before school. dont forget your casein shake
Sleep is for panzies, you can sleep when you die.
Ur 5'6"
Look at this way, there's only two things you can do right now. Either stay up or go to sleep, it really isn't that hard.
