So next year im going to prep school. It's a big year for me both academically and athletically. I gotta keep progressing in both and get bigger, stronger, faster to acheive my goals. This year will be a very important one and I am very focused to get a lot more athletic but add some good bulk and healthy, good weight.
I have a pretty big fridge for about me and 6 kids (full size) so i was just wondering what are some foods that I can bring/ keep in there that will be good to eat and add some bulk to a DE. I also have the capacity to a george foreman grill, a microwave, and possibly a stove but I'm not positive on that one. Any foods that will help me reach my goals of getting to abnout a solid 240-245 (10-15 pounds this offseason) after I ball out this year will really help.

check out my bodybuilders grocery list in my signature.. has all the foods ull need around ur fridge and campus that you can grill up and prepare..
