What time around would the grocery stores be pretty empty? i plan on going around 8pm

I go before 1000 on Saturday or Sunday. People are either not awake yet (Saturday) or in church (Sunday).
Mid-week is supposed to be best for buying produce since most stores get their fresh shipments in on Tues or Wed.
