Nature's Path Cereal?
Nature's Path Cereal?
I was at my local health store and saw a bunch of cereal made by Nature's Path. I decided to pick up a box of Heritage O's Multigrain which is basically just like cheerios. I wanted to make sure these were ok to eat or if they were a once in a while type food.
The ingredients are : Organic whole oat flour, organic whole wheat meal, organic Kamut?? wheat flour, organic evaporated cane juice, organic spelt flour, organic barley flour, organic barley malt extract, organic quinoa flour, organic millet flour, sea salt, organic honey.
The nutrition facts are per 3/4 Cup: 120 cals, 1g fat, 24g carbs, 4g protein, 3g fiber, and 3g sugar.
seems fine to me, dont let 3 g sugar get to your head, if you have it in the morning or around your workout it wont matter.
