I don't think I'd ever take a fat burner. Don't need any amphetamine type stuff in my system.
I remember taking ginseng pills years ago... sped me outta my head. Then I found out they were full of amphetamines. My doctor thought I was on crack!
-My buddy took 'em too. Different brand. They were full of the same stuff that's in SHROOMS!!

Why did you cut? I would have started a clean bulk. Muscle will help you cut fat later.
Good progress in the cut, but I'd definately start bulking now.

I guess because.... the way I looked in the first pic.... It felt DISGUSTING!
And the way I looked.... made me want to fkin VOMIT!
I definately AM gaining muscle as I drop the BF though.
Probably an inch on my chest, 3/4" on the arms.
I will start a higher calorie CLEAN bulk by... end of November.
Just... that's the way I wanna do it.
