Meaning, I or YOU or HE could have shot that POS dead and not been charged with anything.
Do some research before you run your mouth. There is no duty to retreat in Florida as in other states. I say again, the threat and his return with a gun would have been enough ALONE to cap him in Florida, legally. The fact he shot the mans dog dead in front of him AFTER threatening him is WAY more than needed to view him as a deadly threat. Clear enough for you?
