LOL funny guy!

Answer:

You need to eat a lot of calorie dense foods like nuts, pasta, rice, oats, potatoes and fruits.. 1 cup of raisins is 500 calories.. keep your fat intake low 15-25% of your total calories and make sure your getting healthy fats not grease. Dont forget the protein. Chicken, tuna, fish... any lean cut of meat, cotage cheese before bed is good to. If you have a hard time eating all that food then maybe look into buying a weight gainer shake. good luck
