Fat And Mass
I've got some size behind me - but i want to get bigger. But i've just started skipping about 10 or 20 mins 2 to 3 times a week if that.
My goal is to get Big - will the extra little bit of skipping help me?
Can i gain mass but still lose that extra fat? I eat about 3000 Cals a day - mostly of Chicken and Rice :) Yum
