Nutrition - quick meal plans needed please!
Hi
I am 25 Male. Am into working out and staying fit for the past 6 months. I supplement often with whey and creatine. But i do realize that supplementing without the right nutrition or meal plans is not the right approach to putting on some mass. I am employed live alone and work for about 8 hrs a day which leaves me little time to cook meals. I try to stick to about 4-5 meals a day but have to confess at least 2 of these have been fast food. Am not sure if this is alright too.
Could anyone advice me on this also on where i can find articles or anything on quick meal plans that would help me pack on some mass.
