Gains to expect on first cycle....
Week 1-5- anavar 50mg ed
week 1-6- 100mg test prop every 2 days
its my first cycle, my body is pretty sensitive to stuff. i know u guys will say change the test but i have to use this test because of certain reasons. We do moderate sprints and im planning to lift 4-5x a week depending on practice and stuff. most of it on my own bfore practice.
i weigh 180 @ 13%bf. im wondering what kinda, ( i know you can gain as much as you put into it) but im just lookin for the averages to know what to expect. like how much u think i will weigh after the cycle, how much did your weights increase, etc.
i just want to know a round figure so i dont get disappointed if i dont achieve my really high goal.
eat right and lift hard, i would say a 10-20% increase in weight
If you're diet/training/pct is perfect, I think you should kept at least 10-15 pounds with this first cycle!

Its a good cycle, but with only 5 weeks of anavar and 6 weeks of prop you will gain about 10lbs, real lean and strong.

thx fellas, im hoping i can keep the 10lbs of lean muscle and lower my bf, would really help me. how about the weights though, idk for example say i benched 260, what would be the number i would run up by?
we are going to be doing alot of olympic lifts, snatches, hang cleans. etc.
We do moderate sprints by this comment are you talking about running? if so, you are not going to want to be doing any lower body injections with prop, lol
its a short cycle so id say you would be lucky if you end up keeping 10 pounds after all is said and done

first cycle ever, was super scared of needles and scared of the pai nafter... got over the first problem and second one is nothing bad at all...
