hey on TKD how much earlier than the workout do you take in your carbs????????????i need to know thanks guys!!!

well now i would say about 30 mins before but I am no expert. Also u should consider getting some dextrose and mix with your post workout shake for example gatorade power mix.

Depends on how organised you are. The general rule is, the less time you have before your workout, the higher-gi the carbs need to be. There have been times I ended up sucking dextrose tablets on the way to taekwondo.
