hey on TKD how much earlier than the workout do you take in your carbs????????????i need to know thanks guys!!!
well now i would say about 30 mins before but I am no expert. Also u should consider getting some dextrose and mix with your post workout shake for example gatorade power mix.

Anywhere between 30-60 minutes is perfectly fine.
What will you be taking in pre workout on TKD?
Depends on how organised you are. The general rule is, the less time you have before your workout, the higher-gi the carbs need to be. There have been times I ended up sucking dextrose tablets on the way to taekwondo.

im about to have a sandwich(two whole wheat pieces of bread, banana peppars, cheese 2 slices, and alot of deli sliced chicken, mustard)
