check it yea man thats loose skin. But VERY good work so far! I'm not sure what you should do about the loose skin though. I heard people use cocoa butter, or maybe Yohimburn ES.
how much weight did you lose?
i was around 210, and starved myself to about 170 *With no lifting :( , i stayed around 170 while starting to lift and was still at 170 for like a year or 2, then at the beginning of this year i started cutting and now i weigh 150
also ive never tried bulking or even eating carbs, i would never eat em, then i did a carb cycling diet. but never did i eat carbs post workout or anything like ur supposed to,
for the last 3 weeks i been eating 1 cup oats breakfast/pre and post workout. and 5oz chicken 6 times a day and 10almonds with each meal, and after 3 weeks, im currently staying the same bodyweight, trying to figure how much i should up my calories and where from
You remind me of one of my buddies, He used to be kinda fat but he dropped that weight 2 years ago... He still eats like he's trying to drop weight... Just eat man gauge your progress, and if you start to smooth out too much go on a mini cut or clean up your diet.
I have that loose skin too.. same area too!
thats like the most common area, i know it sucks, have it myself to an extent, it as tightened up considerably though, it will for you two, just keep your diet clean while you bulk, continue cardio.

Clean bulking diet gets rid of loose skin, but when we are on cutting diet after, would the loose skin re-appear?
I was 289, now i'm 175ish.. I lost it over a year time period though, my loose skin isn't that bad at all, its about the same as yours. I hate doing pushups though cause my skin has that same affect as yours in the 2nd pic. I talked to this professional and he said losing the weight slower will help, and after a few years it'll go back in place

Clean bulking diet gets rid of loose skin, but when we are on cutting diet after, would the loose skin re-appear? its giong to tighten up regardless, it also depends on how old you are and how much weight you lost, obviously someone that was 600 pounds on the maury show would have to get it surgically removed for you guys i think it will eventually tighten up to the point where you dont care about it.

Still no weight gain, throw in another 100-150 cals for 2 weeks. Still no, throw in another 100-150. I wouldnt really go higher than another 500 calories unless you still havent gained any weight after a month or so. You don't want to start adding too much fat again.
You're looking good, but the loose skin i can't explain :S only way i could think of i surgey, but still go ahead with the bulk it may even out.
