fattiest fish
is there a fattier fish than herring?
dont know of herring? but why would u be relying on eatig fatty fish since u care so much about ur diet? stick to the good fish such as tuna, salmon, maybe go for some grilled perch..
!?!?
i thought that the fats in every fish are healthy ? I usually by tuna, mackerel or salmon but tuna is so fatless that u must consume it either with olive oil or with avocado
2 more more questions,
do u consume additional fat when eating fish like salmon for example !?
why most of the people drink skim milk or fat-reduced milk ?? isnt the best food which u can consume a genuine non-refined one - like the real 3.6% milk !??!
PS: besides by artificially removing the fats from the milk some of its qualities are reduced, various sugars are inputed in order to compensate for the bad taste
Oily fish:
Salmon
Trout
Mackerel
Herring
Sardines
Pilchards

Some people like to drizzle EVOO over their salmon, some people don't. It's all about personal taste/macros.
why most of the people drink skim milk or fat-reduced milk ?? isnt the best food which u can consume a genuine non-refined one - like the real 3.6% milk !??!
Some people drink skim milk because it fits into their daily macros better than 2% or whole. I myself, drink 1%. Again, personal preference/macros man. You shouldn't be concerned w/ skim milk tho, go with 1%, 2% or whole.
Short answer, yes . . .

mmmm unagi
Just remember that just because one fish has more fat than the others, it doesn't necessarily mean that extra fat is essential (omegas, linolic, etc.). Salmon is the fish I always hear great things about so I've stuck with it and tuna. I hate fish though :|
Sometimes you just make no sense at all...
Yes the fats in fish are EXTREMELY healthy. Among the best you can get IMO, don't be afraid to mow down on fatty fish. hahaahahah i lol'd, repped. I like how he says why would you want a fatty fish you shouldnt eat that stick to SALMON!!!
is there a fattier fish than herring? hmmm...that is a tough one...everything I found on google recommnds that we eat fattier fish...however, NOBODY tells you which fish to eat.
It is almost as if the scientists are toying with you.

Well you could go look up the nutritional facts for each fish, but I'd like to know what 'fatty' fish you think does not have a good amount of omega3. I think you'll find that while the relative amounts of different fats differ slightly they are all rich in omega3 and low in omega6.
You hear about salmon because it is common and easy to get. Trout as well.
I can't even get fresh mackerel here (mid-US) easily - it's sooo good, especially on the grill, never mind herring. I which I could.
I eat a can of salmon every night before bed and I can actually fly. It's crazy.
But in all seriousness I do eat a can of Sockeye Salmon before bed every night and I'm pretty happy about it.
Sockeye is hands down the most delicious species of salmon.
