I am 35/5'7"/140 only/ trying to use some suppliment. However, I don't know where to start. Could anyone offer some suggestion or experience? I have use Deca and D-bol..the result seems limited

I jump about 28-30 lbs in 3 months on Animal Stak 2/Animal Pack, NO Xplode, ZMA and CytoSport's Muscle Milk and peanut and jelly sandwiches. I also worked out 2 twice a day, 5 days a week. But I got slow on my run, so I stopped. It's cut time now.

its called weight gainer for a reason. What ever you normally consume in calories now, you need to up it by a 1000cals a day. Not right away though, that will lead to fat gain.
Slowly increase your calories per day. Lets say you eat 2500cals a day right now. For monday&tuesday try and hit 2750cals. only 250 extra ;)
Wenesday&thursday try to hit 2900cals. only 150 extra.
Friday&saturday try to hit 3100cals. which is 200 extra.
right there alone you went from 2500cals up to 3100cals a day. You will put on weight
dude, i started training at 120lbs.i am now at 160lbs and i'll do my cycle when i reach 180 and cut down...
Building muscle takes time bro.....stay away from the pins and tabs right now
Design a solid clean food eating plan and take it slow don't shove food down ur throat to move the scale you'll gain too much fat that way.....ease into by increasing ur cals by 250 for a couple weeks and see how ur body reacts....
bottom line in the gym
you have to train hard and go to failure...find a spotter or get a partner
Also in corporate heavy ass weights but don't forget to do a weight you can blow the muscle out with about 12 hard reps......
The body will adapt quickly to stress....constantly shocking the muscles and keep them off balance is the key to growth...

You need to increase the amount of calories you have daily and lift heavy sticking to compound excercises like squats, deadlifts and benchpress.
You cannot fail to grow by doing this and definately shouldn't be considering running steroids at just 9 stone / 63kg in weight.

Sorry but Ronnie Coleman has never given me a hard on. Anyways, you need to listen to everyone and eat more! Working out is just one component of gaining muscle and sustaining it. If you simply are not taking in 3000 plus calories like said by PhillipsGabe, you will never put on mass! Get a weight gainer asap and eat foods that are low in fat if you can, but you have to take the good with the bad, cause you will put on some fat along with the muscle. Look at the competitors for Mr. Olympia, they look fat in the offseason, but they look superior come September!
